Somatic therapy is a holistic approach to physical and mental wellness. Somatic therapists believe that your mind and body are not separate, that what affects the brain also affects the body and what affects the body changes the brain. This allows your therapist to approach wellness from a different angle than you may have experienced in the past. Using the body as an inroad to get in touch with your mind can be a powerful experience and allow for some dramatic breakthroughs. Likewise, learning how to think about the body and how your body moves can have an impact on pain and mobility. You may find out you are capable of more than you think!

Online Therapy

During these times, we find that many of our clients continue to benefit from therapy. We currently offer online sessions over zoom and skype at a reduced rate. We are also accepting new clients online! 

In Person Therapy

We will resume in person sessions as soon as it is safe for both our clients and therapists. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
